Attorney Emch went on to write a rebuttal, defending his stance that he is only trying to look out for the little guy in the event of an Ohio car accident. Here is an excerpt of his response:

My view is that passengers who are injured in a car accident should be entitled to receive compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering even if the accident was caused by a driver who was an insured family member.
